Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Rum Island Food & Music Festival (“Rum Island,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a ticket, reserving a table, or attending the event, you agree to the following:

1. General Admission

Rum Island is a 21+ event. All guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon entry. Entry may be denied without proper identification.

All attendees must comply with event staff, security personnel, and venue regulations at all times.

​

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

  • Tickets must be purchased through official channels only

  • Rum Island is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers

  • Entry is subject to venue capacity and compliance with event rules.
     

3. Bottle Packages & Table Reservations

  • All bottle package deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure a table

  • Full payment must be completed by the stated deadline

  • Tables may be released if full payment is not received on time

  • Guests must arrive by 7:00 PM or reservations may be subject to reassignment

  • All table and bottle service purchases are final.

4. Event Changes & Weather

Rum Island is a rain-or-shine event.

We reserve the right to make changes to:

  • Event schedule

  • Artist lineup

  • Set times

  • Layout or venue operations

No refunds will be issued due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Artist cancellations or changes

  • Schedule adjustments


5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal substances

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Disorderly or disruptive behavior

  • Harassment of guests, staff, or vendors

  • Rum Island reserves the right to remove any guest without refund for violating these rules.

6. Security & Safety

All attendees are subject to security checks upon entry.
 

Rum Island will have:

  • Professional security personnel

  • Local law enforcement presence

  • On-site emergency medical services

  • Attendance is at your own risk.

7. Vendor & Outside Items Policy

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted

  • Coolers, chairs, and large equipment are not allowed

  • Small bags are permitted within size guidelines
     

Rum Island reserves the right to restrict items at its discretion.

8. Photography & Media Release

By attending Rum Island, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Rum Island reserves the right to use any media captured at the event for:

  • Marketing

  • Promotional materials

  • Social media

  • Future event advertising

No compensation will be provided for such use.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

Rum Island, its organizers, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Property damage

  • Delays or interruptions
     

By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation.

10. Payments & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute except in cases of unauthorized transactions.

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • Denial of future access

  • Legal action if necessary
     

11. Right to Refuse Service

Rum Island reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual at its discretion, without refund.
