All sales are final.

Rum Island Food & Music Festival does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Ticket purchases
Bottle package reservations and deposits
Vendor or service fees

All bottle package deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit secures your reservation and confirms your commitment to the purchase.

Weather Policy

Rum Island is a rain-or-shine event.

No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or any changes related to weather, including delays, adjustments, or interruptions to the event schedule.

Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund
All payments made toward tickets, tables, or packages are final
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Rum Island reserves the right to make changes to the event without issuing refunds
